Brownie Muffins

2 eggs
3 dl sugar
1 1/2 dl wheat flour
4 T cocoa
2 t vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt
100 g margarine or butter
20 pieces dark chocolate

dl = deciliter, ml = milliliter, g = gram, t = teaspoon, T = tablespoon

Convert units from one measure to another


Melt grease and let it cool. Whip eggs and sugar white and fluffy. Add grease and flour mixed with cocoa, salt and vanilla sugar. Pour into cups and bake at 200°C for 10-15 in middle of oven. When they are ready, decorate with a piece of chocolate on each muffin to melt.
